26 June 2026: Gruelling hours of training, elite-level commitment & persistence have paid off on the international stage. Team PCFS recently returned from the 2026 OCBC Championship Time Trial in Bintan, Indonesia, where our high-performance program – run in partnership with the Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) – proved that the highest level of training translates into race-day success.
Battling it out against a fierce international field, our PCFS “A Team” – Amanda Mok, Amsyar, Sebastian Tan & Amelia with Pilot Sarah showed up and gave a masterclass in performance under pressure & champion-level clock shaving.

PCFS is thrilled to celebrate two time milestones for our high-performance program:
- Tandem duo: In a breathtaking display of synchronisation, power, and pacing, Amelia Tan & Pilot Sarah slashed their race time by 1 full minute
- Handcyclist Powerhouse: With a time of 31:09.163s, Amanda Mok obliterated her previous time mark by an impressive 1 minute and 39 seconds

Every second saved requires immense mental fortitude and physical peak conditioning. As the team PCFS high-performance program gears up for the next championship chapter, the Bintan Championship times will form the foundation to drive our athletes to higher ground. We want to extend a massive appreciation to SDSC, PCFS support staff, families and fans who make these journeys possible.
