2010: Handcycle was first introduced as a para sport event in the 2010 Asian Para Games hosted in Incheon Team PCFS participated in the games under its previous name Handcycling Association of Singapore (HAS) sending 2 handcyclist together with Ezzy Wang and Foo Fung Liang.
