Handcycling was first introduced as a para sport event in the 2010 Asian Para Games hosted in Incheon. Team PCFS participated in the games under its previous name, Handcycling Association of Singapore (HAS), sending 2 handcyclist together with, Ezzy Wang and Foo Fung Liang.
