PCFS is beyond proud to be named Community Changemaker of the Year at the Singapore Disability Sports Awards (SDSA) 2025 held on 20 November 2025.

Additionally, PCFS has also bagged two more awards at the SDSA 2025:
- Volunteer of the Year – Mr Ayub for his unwavering service as our go-to bike mechanic
- Spirit of Sport (Female) – Abigail Mullany, for inspiring us with grit, grace, and guts
The annual event is organised by Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) to celebrate achievements in para-sports. The awards recognise athletes, coaches, volunteers, and community partners in various categories. The nominees from PCFS for this year’s awards are as follows:
